Goat Cheese and Vegetables Burger

This is by far one of my breakthrough foods which made me interested in cooking. And the first time I made it (when I was still a teenager) I used a pre-frozen patty, since I assumed making one from scratch would be too hard.
Ingredients
Original recipe by The Pioneer Woman.
For the burger patty:
- 150-200g of ground beef
- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- Olive oil for frying
For the assembly:
- 3 slices of Chèvre log (goat cheese)
- 3 slices of tomatoes
- 2 slices of red onion
- 5-6 slices of cucumber
- 2-3 tablespoons of cranberry jam
- A handful of any sprouts you have (for me it was red clover)
- Rocket leaves
- Brioche buns
Directions
Mix in the beef with Worcestershire sauce well, shape, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Fry one side for 3 minutes on high-heat on some olive oil, then flip, put on the goat cheese slices and cover the pan with a lid for another 3 minutes.
Assemble in the following order: rocket leaves, burger patty, tomato, red onion, cucumber, cranberry jam, sprouts.
